CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY
- All rates ($) are in Canadian funds (Taxes are extra).
- Substitutions must be submitted in writing by the original registrant by September 4, 2024.
- Changes and cancellations must be requested in writing by email before September 4, 2024 to: registration@cim.org
- A processing fee of $215 will be applied to all cancelled registrations. After, September 4, 2024 no refund will be issued.
- CIM is not responsible for airfare, housing, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
